Departure from Marrakech at 08:00 am & take a drive to the higher foothills of the western high atlas mountains and our trailhead of imioughlad (1450m), here we meet our guide and muleteer, We set off up our trek towards Azzaden Valley for 2-hour acclimatization, passing by cornfields woods pine and juniper to the tizn’tachete (2000m), where we will stop to enjoy good views over the valley, before carrying on for another 4 hours walk down to Azzaden Valley, where we spend the night in a guest house in Berber village. Approx 6 hours walk. Meals:  L/D

After breakfast we start our hike up along the Azzaden valley, passing through the walnuts, up to tizin’taghrhourte (1995m) and through to a rare almost flat stretch to arrive at assaka spring, where we will stop for our field picnic amidst and awesome silence after some 2 and half hours relatively easy walking. Our afternoon’s hike takes us down along the edges of the forest until we reach the Berber village of D’knt valley (1870m) overnight in a guest house. Approx 6 hours walk. Meals: B/L/D

We begin our morning for a 3 hours hike up through groves of walnut trees. We traverse the tizin’tagdalte to the descent amongst the juniper trees till we come to a small spring set amongst the trees, where we will stop for our picnic. once refreshed, we are off down winding tracks of upper slopes for some 3hours to reach the village of Tizi Oussem (1850m) then walking up to Azib Tamsoulte, Overnight in the refuge. Approx 6 to 7 hours walk. Meals: B/L/D

This day we leave Azib Tamsoult and climbing Aguelzim pass at 3560m. After 5 hours via a zig-zaging trail we reach the pass where the Lunch will be taken with spectacular views over the Atlas Mountains. We continue to walk down to the refuge at 3207m and we spend the night there. Meals: B/L/D

At early morning, we start our Jbel Toubkal climbing to enjoy the freshness of the morning. we turn on our head torch as the next 2 hours’ walk will be in dark, we cross the river above the refuge, then carry on walking up to reach the Toubkal Summit the highest peak in the North Africa. From here the view is truly breathtaking as we can see the entire Toubkal massif and on a clear day the Siroua Massif, Sahara, and all the way to Marrakech. After taking some time to enjoy the views we come down back to Imlil. Approx 9-10 hours walking. Meals: B/L
